Joseph V. Kennedy is an economist and attorney. He has held several positions in the public and private sectors, including Chief Economist of the U.S. Department of Commerce, General Counsel for the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, and Senior Economist with the Joint Economic Committee in Congress.
Mr. Kennedy is the author of Ending Poverty: Changing Behavior, Guaranteeing Income, and Transforming Government (Rowman & Littlefield, August 2008). He also writes the blog Law, Economics, and Technology.
